Ham & Asparagus Pasta

4 c. dry bowtie pasta
10 oz. frozen asparagus (or broccoli)
8 oz. cubed ham
8 oz. chive & onion cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. milk

In large pot, cook pasta. Add veggies the last 5 minutes and then the ham for the last minute or two. Drain. In smaller saucepan, heat cream cheese and stir in milk until thick and saucy. Pour over pasta and serve.

I made this yesterday for our trunk-or-treat. I made a few changes though based on what we had. I was just shy of the pasta of 2 cups pasta and added a few more veggies to compensate. It was a stir fry mix of veggies. We added salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese and served it cold just like a pasta salad. It was a hit and we took home an empty bowl! Thanks Ash for the site! It is a fun resource!
