Black Bean Salsa

This is my go-to salsa recipe, and it makes a heap- so basically I can have it all week for lunch!

2 cans sweet kernel corn
2 cans black beans
1-2 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped onion
1 packet taco seasoning
2 tea. cumin
chili powder (opt)
juice of 2 limes
cilantro- chopped
1 small can sliced black olives
1 small can diced jalapeƱo (optional)

Combine and chill, then serve with tortilla chips.

8-12 servings
